Die mit diesem Beitrittsformular erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten, deren Änderungen und Ergänzungen werden ausschließlich gem. § 28 Abs. 9 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) erhoben, verarbeitet und genutzt. Sie dienen dem Zweck der Begründung und Verwaltung Ihrer Mitgliedschaft. Eine Datenweitergabe an Dritte erfolgt ausschließlich im Rahmen dieser Zweckbestimmung und sofern und soweit diese von der IGL ermächtigt oder beauftragt worden sind und auf das Bundesdatenschutzgesetz verpflichtet wurden. Ergänzend gelten die Regelungen des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes in der jeweiligen Fassung.
As the party responsible for data protection, we collect and process your personal information exclusively for the purpose of establishing and managing your membership in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b of the GDPR. We process your data either ourselves or through a carefully selected and separately commissioned service provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (Processor). In other cases, we will only pass on your personal information to third parties if you have given your prior consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a of the GDPR or if we are legally obliged to do so pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c of the GDPR. A transfer of your data to third countries outside the European Union or to international organisations does not currently take place and is not planned to. Your data will only be stored by us for as long as it is required for the establishment and administration of your membership and for the performance of our statutory duties. In addition, we store all information that may not be deleted due to legal storage obligations. Under the conditions of Art. 15 to 18 and 20 to 21 of the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, objection and transferability of data. If the processing is based on your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. In addition, you have the right to complain to the regulatory authorities.
